Straight answers.

The questions trades owners ask us most.

Yes. Try the demo first. Then you start in shadow mode: every reply is drafted and you, or our team, approve it before anything is sent. It only goes live when you're happy.

No, you price every job. It can share your typical ranges if you give them to us, clearly labelled as a guide. Its job is to gather the details so your visit and your quote are faster.

An assistant that answers in your business's name. It never claims to be a person, says what it is if asked, and anything unusual goes to you. You choose whether it says so up front.

Any time. One text takes over a conversation or pauses every automatic message, and you can hand it back when you're done.

14 days free in shadow mode. Then Answer is C$199 a month and Win, which also writes and follows up your quotes, is C$399: founding prices for the first 10 shops, locked for 12 months (regular C$299 and C$599). Scale, for shops that send us every call, and Custom are quoted. Cancel any time. No job won in your first 30 days? Your first month is free.

A minute is time the AI spends on a call for you; calls you answer yourself don't count. Answer includes 300 minutes and 100 text conversations a month, Win 600 minutes and 250 conversations. We text you at 80%. Extra minutes are C$0.35 each, only if you turn them on; if you don't, calls go to your voicemail and the AI texts the caller back, so you never lose the lead.

You do. Enquiries from your own number or website are only ever yours and are never offered to another company.

Connect your calendar if you want. It only offers times you're free, and by default you confirm each visit with one reply. The visit lands in your calendar with the details and photos.

No, in any trade. It takes the details and says you'll confirm. Gas smells, carbon monoxide alarms, sparks, flooding or someone hurt get one fixed safety line, and you're called at once.

No. Leads, bookings and follow-up updates come to you by text. The owner app is there when you want the full picture.

Forward the calls you miss, a 15-minute check-in once a week, and a quick reply telling us which jobs you won. Connecting your calendar is optional.

HVAC

It takes the details and asks who's in the home. If it can't wait, it calls you, then your backup, until someone accepts. It never tells a customer how to fix a furnace.

No. It can share the ranges you give it, labelled as a guide, and it books the site visit. The real quote is always yours.

Electrical

No. It never tells a customer how to reset, test or fix anything. It takes the details and says you'll confirm. Sparks or a burning smell get a fixed safety line and an urgent call to you.

It doesn't answer permit or code questions. It notes the question on the lead so you can answer it when you call back.

Plumbing

We're booking plumbing pilots now. A plumbing shop goes live once a licensed plumber has reviewed our plumbing wording. Until then you can try the demo, and we set everything up with you.

No. It never gives repair advice. Flooding or water near electrical gets one fixed safety line, and you're called at once.

Roofing

It won't guess. It asks the roof's age and what's happening and asks for photos from the ground, so you can tell before you drive out.

It answers each call as it comes in, books inspections only into the times you set, and tells you which ones are active leaks.

Renovation

As long as makes sense for you. Renovation decisions take weeks, so follow-ups are spaced out, and they stop the moment the client signs, says no or opts out. You can pause any project, for example while a permit is pending.

You set your project types, areas and minimum project size. Anything outside them gets a polite, honest no, and enquiries to your own number are never passed to another contractor.

Snow and property

It can share the price ranges you set, by driveway size for example, clearly labelled as a guide. You confirm the price.

It answers every call, notes the address and what's needed, and sends you one clear list, so you're not taking calls from the plow.

Repair and service

If customers call you to book a visit, yes. You tell us your services, areas and the questions you ask, and it asks the same ones.
